				I was out of town when I was told my AC WOULD NOT COOL BELOW 78 degrees.  Joe from Cooling Dynamics met me the evening I returned and check out my AC. THE 10 year Old Unit was constantly running and raising my Electric Bill so I had Cooling Dynamics Install the Unit they RECOMMENDED! They provided Excellent Service, Quality Installation (that I watched) and my First Full Month using the New Rheem my Electric Bill dropped 30% from last year for the same 30 day period. 				The BEST A/C company ever.In Florida, not having A/C means that you can't stay in your home, or that mildew will set in. It's not an inconvenience, it's major and Cooling Dynamics handles your call and your concerns exactly that way. The owners Joe & Charles are top tier guys.....what I love most about Joe & Charles is that their company is built upon honesty and integrity. Customer care is drilled in from the top down. I own several rental properties in Fort Lauderdale, and was very pleased with the new A/C unit I purchased from Cooling Dynamics....they arrived when they said they would and did a quality installation of my new outside compressor unit and my in-attic air handler. I financed the new unit through the Ygrene program, and was beyond relieved & pleased that Joe & Charles walked me through every step of the process. After the unit was installed Joe & Charles left my rental property in a spotless condition with the new unit working properly. I am incredibly loyal to Cooling Dynamics as a consumer because they are incredibly loyal to me as a customer. So we get back from vacation last night and the A/C was not working. It was 85 degrees in the house. It was late night, so this morning started the mad dash to get someone here ASAP.The one honest handy man I usually call in times like these, was on vacation. So we did what every other neighbor does in situations like this, we went on Next Door Site 🙂 to see what A/C person our neighbors were raving about the most, and by a long shot, that guy was JOE!We called him assuming one of two things would happen… Either he would tell us that it was 4th of July weekend and he wasn’t available (perhaps not even take our call), OR that he could squeeze us in and come fix our unit… BUT If by chance he could stop by this morning, we were expecting to pay an arm and a leg for the repair. Since not only was this an emergency call, but it was a holiday weekend. Also, since Joe is not just a handy man, but a Licensed and Insured A/C Company, I was not expecting to get off without a pretty big bill.Long story short, option number 2 was the winner! We got lucky and he was able to make a detour between his next appointment. EXCEPT WE DID NOT pay an arm and a leg. Actually, considering how busy this man is, as evident by the fact that his phone did not stop ringing the entire time he was here (although he managed to take all of the calls in a way that did not interfere with the work he was doing for us), I really would have expected that his fee would have been much higher. Instead I got what I believe was a very reasonable bill.I strongly recommend Joe to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable and honest A/C guy… I would have no problem using Joe again and recommending him to any of my clients.
