				We have needed a new air conditioning system for years. It was very old and in terrible shape. It has been barely limping along with costly repairs and fixes from other service companies. During the height of COVID, it  stopped working. We were worried, hot, and finances were not good. Amazingly, Joe and Chuck got the AC up and running back then… but we all knew the time had come. Previously to the repair by Cooling Dynamics, we had several quotes from other companies that were very expensive. While they were repairing our system, we asked for a quote to install new AC. We came to learn from Joe and Chuck that we were being taken advantage of from these other companies/especially when in time of need. They quoted us two great prices for two great systems with no pressure. Both prices were reasonable; we actually were able to afford the better system. They cared only about finding a way to help keep our family COOL. We are so happy to say that today our new AC was installed that included a new thermostat too! The service was on-time, clean, completed before the quoted timeframe, and we received credit for our previous service call. Joe and Chuck are both courteous, friendly, and professional. This will be the first time in years that we will go to sleep and not worry about our AC breaking down. We highly recommend them!!!! Thank you Cooling Dynamics!!

				I have been living at Royal Park Condominiums for 20+ years and have had many air conditioning companies service my A/C. I found Joe Grocki/Cooling Dynamics on Nextdoor, and I I won't look back. Joe and Charles are running their company the way a company should be run: fair, honest, efficient, and they are very neat workers. Joe and Charles are great guys with a great work ethic. They have worked on many outs in Royal Park and have a great reputation with residents and the office. Once you have them work on your air conditioner, there is no need to look elsewhere. I highly recommend them!

				My old ac was 11 years old and I knew that it was time for a replacement.  I had seen a lot of great reviews on Nextdoor about Cooling Dynamics and I have to say they did not disappoint.   Joe came out the next day and we agreed that it was time for a new unit.  I had the proposal  that evening and my new unit was installed 2 weeks later ( to accommodate my schedule).   I was so comfortable dealing with Joe and his partner.   They delivered on everything as promised.  My house is cooler and my bill has gone down.  I’ve worked with many service companies and this is by far the best experience I’ve had.   Thank you Joe and Charles!

This company is a blessing. They are professional caring individuals where the customer comes first. I needed service today Saturday on the 4th of July holiday weekend. So we get back from vacation last night and the A/C was not working. It was 85 degrees in the house. It was late night, so this morning started the mad dash to get someone here ASAP.The one honest handy man I usually call in times like these, was on vacation. So we did what every other neighbor does in situations like this, we went on Next Door Site 🙂 to see what A/C person our neighbors were raving about the most, and by a long shot, that guy was JOE!We called him assuming one of two things would happen… Either he would tell us that it was 4th of July weekend and he wasn’t available (perhaps not even take our call), OR that he could squeeze us in and come fix our unit… BUT If by chance he could stop by this morning, we were expecting to pay an arm and a leg for the repair. Since not only was this an emergency call, but it was a holiday weekend. Also, since Joe is not just a handy man, but a Licensed and Insured A/C Company, I was not expecting to get off without a pretty big bill.Long story short, option number 2 was the winner! We got lucky and he was able to make a detour between his next appointment. EXCEPT WE DID NOT pay an arm and a leg. Actually, considering how busy this man is, as evident by the fact that his phone did not stop ringing the entire time he was here (although he managed to take all of the calls in a way that did not interfere with the work he was doing for us), I really would have expected that his fee would have been much higher. Instead I got what I believe was a very reasonable bill.I strongly recommend Joe to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable and honest A/C guy… I would have no problem using Joe again and recommending him to any of my clients.
