				We highly recommend Charles and his crew.  It was time to have a new system installed as our electric bill was increasing every month. Charles evaluated the house and our needs.  He recommended a system. I had considered a more expensive system prior to hiring Cooling Dynamics and even though Charles said he would install that system, which was more expensive and I assume he would have made more profit, he explained the cost/value ratio to me and said the extra cost would not warrant the additional savings. We ordered the unit Charles recommended. It was Installed in under 4 hours. Meticulous work, timely and courteous all describe our experience. Thanks Charles. We highly recommend you for anyone who needs AC help.

				I have only the highest of recommendations for Cooling Dynamics and have only superlatives to describe this company.  Not only were their prices fair; the work of replacing my old HVAC was done on time, efficiently and carried out with the utmost professionalism - all of which are extremely important to me.  I was fortunate to have heard of Joe Grocki while living in Oakland Park on Next Door where his services were highly recommended by quite a large number of clients.  He was able to assist me there when I was under a time constraint and because of his professionalism and kindness his was the only company I wanted to carry out the work of replacing the old unit in my current townhouse.  His company did not disappoint and will be the only company I will use in the future.  Again, a truly 5 star company.

				We shopped over 10 different companies in broward county, only 6 even showed up. Cooling Dynamics did the most extensive review of our home and current A/C system prior to giving a quote. Cooling Dynamics was not the cheapest company, but when you compare the fact the cheap guys looked at Air handler and sat in his truck for ten minutes and wrote a quote that was a bit scary.They showed up on time, even took pictures of the install as they were doing it, He found many problems with past repair/install that were causing our old system to not be as effective as it could have been. Fixed everything perfectly professionally. They cleaned up after themselves and were done in just a few hours. We had an entire new 4 ton system installed we immediately notice it was much cooler in our house, and the system did not run all day. We actually noticed it does shut off at times. Never has this happen in the summer time living here for ten years.  We use a Nest thermostat and it tracks the hours your system runs and we averaged 22-23 hours with old system and now 12-13 hours. I am actually excited to see the next FPL bill. I Recommend Cooling Dynamics 100% .

This company is a blessing. They are professional caring individuals where the customer comes first. I needed service today Saturday on the 4th of July holiday weekend. They showed up in a timely fashion and took care of the problem in a timely manner. I recommend this company with a 5 star rating. They are the best.

So we get back from vacation last night and the A/C was not working. It was 85 degrees in the house. It was late night, so this morning started the mad dash to get someone here ASAP.The one honest handy man I usually call in times like these, was on vacation. So we did what every other neighbor does in situations like this, we went on Next Door Site 🙂 to see what A/C person our neighbors were raving about the most, and by a long shot, that guy was JOE!We called him assuming one of two things would happen… Either he would tell us that it was 4th of July weekend and he wasn’t available (perhaps not even take our call), OR that he could squeeze us in and come fix our unit… BUT If by chance he could stop by this morning, we were expecting to pay an arm and a leg for the repair. Since not only was this an emergency call, but it was a holiday weekend. Also, since Joe is not just a handy man, but a Licensed and Insured A/C Company, I was not expecting to get off without a pretty big bill.Long story short, option number 2 was the winner! We got lucky and he was able to make a detour between his next appointment. EXCEPT WE DID NOT pay an arm and a leg. Actually, considering how busy this man is, as evident by the fact that his phone did not stop ringing the entire time he was here (although he managed to take all of the calls in a way that did not interfere with the work he was doing for us), I really would have expected that his fee would have been much higher. Instead I got what I believe was a very reasonable bill.I strongly recommend Joe to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable and honest A/C guy… I would have no problem using Joe again and recommending him to any of my clients.
