Joe Grocki came after hours the same day and didn't leave till my AC was blowing cold! I thought my system was beyond repair. Now I know who to call when I need service or new equipment. 				Joe Grocki came out to try and fix our AC unit on Friday evening. As he was starting his evaluation, it started pouring rain. He obviously could not work on our roof mounted system in a storm, so he rescheduled the service call for 7am on Saturday morning. Not 15 minutes after he left the weather cleared up and I got a text saying he was coming back to complete the call. Unfortunately, the unit was beyond repair, but Joe got us an estimate and a new unit was installed Monday afternoon. They showed up over 1/2 hr EARLY for the job and had the unit installed in just about 3 hrs. House is cool again and can not be happier with the service and the price was good as well. Clean, professional, quick, reasonably priced and on-time is more than you get with most places these days.

This company is a blessing. They are professional caring individuals where the customer comes first. I needed service today Saturday on the 4th of July holiday weekend. They showed up in a timely fashion and took care of the problem in a timely manner. I recommend this company with a 5 star rating. They are the best.

So we get back from vacation last night and the A/C was not working. It was 85 degrees in the house. It was late night, so this morning started the mad dash to get someone here ASAP.The one honest handy man I usually call in times like these, was on vacation. So we did what every other neighbor does in situations like this, we went on Next Door Site 🙂 to see what A/C person our neighbors were raving about the most, and by a long shot, that guy was JOE!We called him assuming one of two things would happen… Either he would tell us that it was 4th of July weekend and he wasn’t available (perhaps not even take our call), OR that he could squeeze us in and come fix our unit… BUT If by chance he could stop by this morning, we were expecting to pay an arm and a leg for the repair. Since not only was this an emergency call, but it was a holiday weekend. Also, since Joe is not just a handy man, but a Licensed and Insured A/C Company, I was not expecting to get off without a pretty big bill.Long story short, option number 2 was the winner! We got lucky and he was able to make a detour between his next appointment. EXCEPT WE DID NOT pay an arm and a leg. Actually, considering how busy this man is, as evident by the fact that his phone did not stop ringing the entire time he was here (although he managed to take all of the calls in a way that did not interfere with the work he was doing for us), I really would have expected that his fee would have been much higher. Instead I got what I believe was a very reasonable bill.I strongly recommend Joe to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable and honest A/C guy… I would have no problem using Joe again and recommending him to any of my clients.
