Our AC went out on a weekend- Sunday, to be exact. Joseph was able to make it out to us in about an hour after we first spoke, which was a lifesaver in and of itself. Aside from the punctuality, Joseph did amazing work. He's EXTREMELY knowledgeable. He assessed the problem thoroughly and fixed the underlying issue with our AC, not just the symptoms. There are a lot of AC repair people who will charge you an arm and a leg and not really fix the problem but Joseph did just the opposite of that. I would highly recommend!

Have you ever found yourself in distress because your A/C failed in the middle of a hot summer weekend and the big name company that you have been paying a maintenance contract for years takes forever to get to your place and before they even remove the cover they already prepare you for an expensive fix? Well it just happened to me and their idea of a fix was to sell me a new unit for an amount north of $5K. I am glad I did not let them take advantage of my urgency to cool my house. I will always feel good about my decision of calling immediately Cooling Dynamics Inc. Mr. Joe Grocki acknowledged my distress and managed to get to my house so fast that I could hardly believe it. His approach was courteous, he understood my constraints and agreed to proceed with the option that was harder for him but saved me the most. My compressor was damaged, and he agreed to replace the part. He first promised to call me early the next day as soon as the supplier confirmed the availability of the part and he did. It was clear that he had me as a priority that morning. He explained the details of the costs and tried to make it as affordable to me as possible. He was with another customer that morning and offered to pick up the part and be in my place between 1 and 3 pm, he showed up at 12:45 pm!! Amazing, my experience with A/C service has always been that time windows mean nothing, and you just had to sit and wait all day long. Finally, he had to work extremely hard and at the end he was still focused in taking all the needed steps to test the system was working perfect. No need to call him back but he did check the next day if I was satisfied with his work. When a company aims beyond customer satisfaction, they get into customer advocacy, here I am acknowledging the customer advocacy by Cooling Dynamics and Joe Grocki.

New AC installed by Cooling Dynamics. Just wanted to share with you guys that around Thanksgiving last year my 15 year old AC started to die, Grocki came over showed me the issue and pointed out that it wouldn't hold much longer, he added some more gas, after a month it finally died, I reached out to him on Xmas (Thursday), on Monday he already had a new unit installed.
Great job, reliable and professional. Couldn't be any happier. This new unit is super quiet and blows cold air like a blizzard, he redid my air intake vent and it looks amazing. One day I even tried the heat and it was also gorgeous, it doesn't smell like the nasty old heaters.
I went from dirty water to wine.
