				I noticed my air was not cooling the house down as it should have. I called Cooling Dynamics who came the next day and checked it. The refrigerant coil had a small leak. They were able to put refrigerant in so the AC performed properly until repaired.They gave me a choice, repair the coil or get a new AC. They also clearly explained the pros and cons of both. After they left, I googled the options. Getting the new AC was the prudent and most long term cost effective option for me. They put the new AC in the next week. Joe and Charles were both extremely polite and efficient. They got the AC installed quickly and cleaned up perfectly afterward. I would recommend Cooling Dynamics for any AC needs!

				Lindstrom turned their nose up and wouldn't service my system. I arranged service with air around the clock at THEIR convenience and they stood me up! Joe Grocki came after hours the same day and didn't leave till my AC was blowing cold! I thought my system was beyond repair. Now I know who to call when I need service or new equipment. Thank you Joe!

				Joe and Chuck are absolutely phenomenal.  They are honest and do not try to sell service or parts that are not needed.  They recently installed a new AC/Heating system for us and their quote was significantly lower than others.  Just can't praise them enough, they truly care about their customers. This company is a blessing. They are professional caring individuals where the customer comes first. I needed service today Saturday on the 4th of July holiday weekend. So we get back from vacation last night and the A/C was not working. It was 85 degrees in the house. It was late night, so this morning started the mad dash to get someone here ASAP.The one honest handy man I usually call in times like these, was on vacation. So we did what every other neighbor does in situations like this, we went on Next Door Site 🙂 to see what A/C person our neighbors were raving about the most, and by a long shot, that guy was JOE!We called him assuming one of two things would happen… Either he would tell us that it was 4th of July weekend and he wasn’t available (perhaps not even take our call), OR that he could squeeze us in and come fix our unit… BUT If by chance he could stop by this morning, we were expecting to pay an arm and a leg for the repair. Since not only was this an emergency call, but it was a holiday weekend. Also, since Joe is not just a handy man, but a Licensed and Insured A/C Company, I was not expecting to get off without a pretty big bill.Long story short, option number 2 was the winner! We got lucky and he was able to make a detour between his next appointment. EXCEPT WE DID NOT pay an arm and a leg. Actually, considering how busy this man is, as evident by the fact that his phone did not stop ringing the entire time he was here (although he managed to take all of the calls in a way that did not interfere with the work he was doing for us), I really would have expected that his fee would have been much higher. Instead I got what I believe was a very reasonable bill.I strongly recommend Joe to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable and honest A/C guy… I would have no problem using Joe again and recommending him to any of my clients.
