If you have an issue, such as an air conditioner not cooling the room enough, or if the unit is making strange noises, it’s likely time to call in an HVAC repair expert. Air conditioning repair should always be done by a professional. We don’t recommend attempting to DIY fix your AC because the mechanisms in air conditioners are highly complex. HVAC units have a tendency to break down at the worst possible times. That’s why it’s so important to have a trusted local team you can turn to for 24 hour HVAC service. He explained everything thoroughly and patiently. I was convinced I had black mold that I could see and smell on the fiberglass in the wall of the A/C and he said it could be mildew. If so spray with hydrogen peroxide. I will have him come for some other work and take a look. I will probably have him replace my A/C. I just got overcharged at 350$ for a service call a few months ago

These guys are great! I was referred to them by a good friend. So happy with the response, service and price. They came right out when I needed a repair and gave me $150 off on my new A/C system. Fair price. They cleaned up after themselves, we’re very respectful of my house and things, and helped me put my stuff away when they were done. A/C works great! It’s going to be a hot summer. So happy I got this done now and did not put it off. I highly recommend Cooling Dynamics.

This company is a blessing. They are professional caring individuals where the customer comes first. I needed service today Saturday on the 4th of July holiday weekend. They showed up in a timely fashion and took care of the problem in a timely manner. I recommend this company with a 5 star rating. They are the best.

So we get back from vacation last night and the A/C was not working. It was 85 degrees in the house. It was late night, so this morning started the mad dash to get someone here ASAP.The one honest handy man I usually call in times like these, was on vacation. So we did what every other neighbor does in situations like this, we went on Next Door Site 🙂 to see what A/C person our neighbors were raving about the most, and by a long shot, that guy was JOE!We called him assuming one of two things would happen… Either he would tell us that it was 4th of July weekend and he wasn’t available (perhaps not even take our call), OR that he could squeeze us in and come fix our unit… BUT If by chance he could stop by this morning, we were expecting to pay an arm and a leg for the repair. Since not only was this an emergency call, but it was a holiday weekend. Also, since Joe is not just a handy man, but a Licensed and Insured A/C Company, I was not expecting to get off without a pretty big bill.Long story short, option number 2 was the winner! We got lucky and he was able to make a detour between his next appointment. EXCEPT WE DID NOT pay an arm and a leg. Actually, considering how busy this man is, as evident by the fact that his phone did not stop ringing the entire time he was here (although he managed to take all of the calls in a way that did not interfere with the work he was doing for us), I really would have expected that his fee would have been much higher. Instead I got what I believe was a very reasonable bill.I strongly recommend Joe to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable and honest A/C guy… I would have no problem using Joe again and recommending him to any of my clients.
