Not only were their prices fair; the work of replacing my old HVAC was done on time, efficiently and carried out with the utmost professionalism - all of which are extremely important to me. I was fortunate to have heard of Joe Grocki while living in Oakland Park on Next Door where his services were highly recommended by quite a large number of clients. He was able to assist me there when I was under a time constraint and because of his professionalism and kindness his was the only company I wanted to carry out the work of replacing the old unit in my current townhouse. Have you ever found yourself in distress because your A/C failed in the middle of a hot summer weekend and the big name company that you have been paying a maintenance contract for years takes forever to get to your place and before they even remove the cover they already prepare you for an expensive fix? Well it just happened to me and their idea of a fix was to sell me a new unit for an amount north of $5K. I am glad I did not let them take advantage of my urgency to cool my house. I will always feel good about my decision of calling immediately Cooling Dynamics Inc. Mr. Joe Grocki acknowledged my distress and managed to get to my house so fast that I could hardly believe it. His approach was courteous, he understood my constraints and agreed to proceed with the option that was harder for him but saved me the most. My compressor was damaged, and he agreed to replace the part. He first promised to call me early the next day as soon as the supplier confirmed the availability of the part and he did. It was clear that he had me as a priority that morning. He explained the details of the costs and tried to make it as affordable to me as possible. He was with another customer that morning and offered to pick up the part and be in my place between 1 and 3 pm, he showed up at 12:45 pm!! Amazing, my experience with A/C service has always been that time windows mean nothing, and you just had to sit and wait all day long. Finally, he had to work extremely hard and at the end he was still focused in taking all the needed steps to test the system was working perfect. No need to call him back but he did check the next day if I was satisfied with his work. When a company aims beyond customer satisfaction, they get into customer advocacy, here I am acknowledging the customer advocacy by Cooling Dynamics and Joe Grocki.

Their service, honesty, responsiveness, follow-up and commitment to their customers are what separates them from all other companies. They are hands-on, efficient and enjoy sharing their knowledge with you. They take their time to thoroughly explain any problem areas, as well as all the repair options with you. They have serviced my older unit and have also installed and maintain my new one. When you need them the most, they do whatever they can to help you. Truly a leap above everyone else.
