				They did maintenance on one air conditioner and stop the leaks on both air conditioners. Plus they rebuilt the air conditioner platform which was rotted out. Really liked both Joe and Charles.

				We highly recommend Charles and his crew.  It was time to have a new system installed as our electric bill was increasing every month. Charles evaluated the house and our needs.  He recommended a system. I had considered a more expensive system prior to hiring Cooling Dynamics and even though Charles said he would install that system, which was more expensive and I assume he would have made more profit, he explained the cost/value ratio to me and said the extra cost would not warrant the additional savings. We ordered the unit Charles recommended. It was Installed in under 4 hours. Meticulous work, timely and courteous all describe our experience. Thanks Charles. So we get back from vacation last night and the A/C was not working. It was 85 degrees in the house. It was late night, so this morning started the mad dash to get someone here ASAP.The one honest handy man I usually call in times like these, was on vacation. So we did what every other neighbor does in situations like this, we went on Next Door Site 🙂 to see what A/C person our neighbors were raving about the most, and by a long shot, that guy was JOE!We called him assuming one of two things would happen… Either he would tell us that it was 4th of July weekend and he wasn’t available (perhaps not even take our call), OR that he could squeeze us in and come fix our unit… BUT If by chance he could stop by this morning, we were expecting to pay an arm and a leg for the repair. Since not only was this an emergency call, but it was a holiday weekend. Also, since Joe is not just a handy man, but a Licensed and Insured A/C Company, I was not expecting to get off without a pretty big bill.Long story short, option number 2 was the winner! We got lucky and he was able to make a detour between his next appointment. EXCEPT WE DID NOT pay an arm and a leg. Actually, considering how busy this man is, as evident by the fact that his phone did not stop ringing the entire time he was here (although he managed to take all of the calls in a way that did not interfere with the work he was doing for us), I really would have expected that his fee would have been much higher. Instead I got what I believe was a very reasonable bill.I strongly recommend Joe to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable and honest A/C guy… I would have no problem using Joe again and recommending him to any of my clients.
