				Our AC went out on a weekend- Sunday, to be exact. Joseph was able to make it out to us in about an hour after we first spoke, which was a lifesaver in and of itself. Aside from the punctuality, Joseph did amazing work. He's EXTREMELY knowledgeable. He assessed the problem thoroughly and fixed the underlying issue with our AC, not just the symptoms. There are a lot of AC repair people who will charge you an arm and a leg and not really fix the problem but Joseph did just the opposite of that. I would highly recommend!

				Just got a home in Ft. Lauderdale that needs a lot of work. Cooling Dynamics just installed a new AC system for us. These guys are benchmark excellent for HVAC service. I wish every vendor in the area were half as good as they are. They communicate well, offer lots of options, give you a reasonable price and most of all do excellent work with excellent follow-up. Highest recommendation possible for these guys.

				Our AC stopped working over the 4th of July holiday weekend, and with a 5-month old, we needed quotes fast. Out of several companies that we called, Cooling Dynamics was the most responsive and quickest to come out! Our AC was fixed by Charles, the company Owner. 				He explained everything thoroughly and patiently. I was convinced I had black mold that I could see and smell on the fiberglass in the wall of the A/C and he said it could be mildew. If so spray with hydrogen peroxide. I will have him come for some other work and take a look. I will probably have him replace my A/C. I just got overcharged at 350$ for a service call a few months ago

This company is a blessing. They are professional caring individuals where the customer comes first. I needed service today Saturday on the 4th of July holiday weekend. So we get back from vacation last night and the A/C was not working. It was 85 degrees in the house. It was late night, so this morning started the mad dash to get someone here ASAP.The one honest handy man I usually call in times like these, was on vacation. So we did what every other neighbor does in situations like this, we went on Next Door Site 🙂 to see what A/C person our neighbors were raving about the most, and by a long shot, that guy was JOE!We called him assuming one of two things would happen… Either he would tell us that it was 4th of July weekend and he wasn’t available (perhaps not even take our call), OR that he could squeeze us in and come fix our unit… BUT If by chance he could stop by this morning, we were expecting to pay an arm and a leg for the repair. Since not only was this an emergency call, but it was a holiday weekend. Also, since Joe is not just a handy man, but a Licensed and Insured A/C Company, I was not expecting to get off without a pretty big bill.Long story short, option number 2 was the winner! We got lucky and he was able to make a detour between his next appointment. EXCEPT WE DID NOT pay an arm and a leg. Actually, considering how busy this man is, as evident by the fact that his phone did not stop ringing the entire time he was here (although he managed to take all of the calls in a way that did not interfere with the work he was doing for us), I really would have expected that his fee would have been much higher. Instead I got what I believe was a very reasonable bill.I strongly recommend Joe to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable and honest A/C guy… I would have no problem using Joe again and recommending him to any of my clients.
