				Our AC went out on a weekend- Sunday, to be exact. Joseph was able to make it out to us in about an hour after we first spoke, which was a lifesaver in and of itself. Aside from the punctuality, Joseph did amazing work. He's EXTREMELY knowledgeable. He assessed the problem thoroughly and fixed the underlying issue with our AC, not just the symptoms. There are a lot of AC repair people who will charge you an arm and a leg and not really fix the problem but Joseph did just the opposite of that. I would highly recommend!

				Joe Grocki. We just had our air conditioning unit serviced by Joe Grocki yesterday. I cannot say enough positive things about the experience because it was excellent, Not only did he service it but he explained everything that he was doing. 				I have been using Cooling Dynamics for a long time for my AC maintenance. Joe is always professional, responsive no matter what time you need him. My AC clogged up and my husband and I were not able to resolve on our own and Joe came out on Thanksgiving day to ensure we were taken care of. You just do not find service like that anywhere. 3 days ago Joe and Charles installed a new AC for us. They were in and out within few hours, top notch install and super clean up after. These guys are the best in the business with 5 star quality work, professionalism and price. We are lucky to have found them.

So we get back from vacation last night and the A/C was not working. It was 85 degrees in the house. It was late night, so this morning started the mad dash to get someone here ASAP.The one honest handy man I usually call in times like these, was on vacation. So we did what every other neighbor does in situations like this, we went on Next Door Site 🙂 to see what A/C person our neighbors were raving about the most, and by a long shot, that guy was JOE!We called him assuming one of two things would happen… Either he would tell us that it was 4th of July weekend and he wasn’t available (perhaps not even take our call), OR that he could squeeze us in and come fix our unit… BUT If by chance he could stop by this morning, we were expecting to pay an arm and a leg for the repair. Since not only was this an emergency call, but it was a holiday weekend. Also, since Joe is not just a handy man, but a Licensed and Insured A/C Company, I was not expecting to get off without a pretty big bill.Long story short, option number 2 was the winner! We got lucky and he was able to make a detour between his next appointment. EXCEPT WE DID NOT pay an arm and a leg. Actually, considering how busy this man is, as evident by the fact that his phone did not stop ringing the entire time he was here (although he managed to take all of the calls in a way that did not interfere with the work he was doing for us), I really would have expected that his fee would have been much higher. Instead I got what I believe was a very reasonable bill.I strongly recommend Joe to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable and honest A/C guy… I would have no problem using Joe again and recommending him to any of my clients.
