				I called Cooling Dynamics for A/C maintenance on a Saturday morning in July. By Saturday afternoon, Joe had my 24-year-old A/C running as good as new for a very reasonable price. Joe was on time, thorough, polite, honest, and pleasant. I also requested a quote for a replacement system based on the age of my current system. Joe sent the quote later the same day.About a week later, I had Cooling Dynamics replace the aging system. They completely finished the job on the morning of the promised day. Again, top-notch work. I will call on Cooling Dynamics for all my coooling needs in the future. There simply isn't a better team to work with in town.

				I noticed my air was not cooling the house down as it should have. I called Cooling Dynamics who came the next day and checked it. The refrigerant coil had a small leak. They were able to put refrigerant in so the AC performed properly until repaired.They gave me a choice, repair the coil or get a new AC. They also clearly explained the pros and cons of both. After they left, I googled the options. Getting the new AC was the prudent and most long term cost effective option for me. They put the new AC in the next week. Joe and Charles were both extremely polite and efficient. They got the AC installed quickly and cleaned up perfectly afterward. I would recommend Cooling Dynamics for any AC needs!

				Joe was so highly recommended on our neighborhood app and in a few local fb groups, that we thought we’d give him a call for our regular maintenance on our AC units. 				Joe and his partner were truly amazing to work with! From the start they were responsive, showed up on time (actually earlier and called to check if that was okay), informative, professional, efficient, fairly priced and most importantly kind, honest and trustworthy! I have worked with many contractors in Florida and you very, very rarely get all of the above in 1 person or company! We do need some ductwork replaced and are 100% confident and comfortable in using them again!!!

So we get back from vacation last night and the A/C was not working. It was 85 degrees in the house. It was late night, so this morning started the mad dash to get someone here ASAP.The one honest handy man I usually call in times like these, was on vacation. So we did what every other neighbor does in situations like this, we went on Next Door Site 🙂 to see what A/C person our neighbors were raving about the most, and by a long shot, that guy was JOE!We called him assuming one of two things would happen… Either he would tell us that it was 4th of July weekend and he wasn’t available (perhaps not even take our call), OR that he could squeeze us in and come fix our unit… BUT If by chance he could stop by this morning, we were expecting to pay an arm and a leg for the repair. Since not only was this an emergency call, but it was a holiday weekend. Also, since Joe is not just a handy man, but a Licensed and Insured A/C Company, I was not expecting to get off without a pretty big bill.Long story short, option number 2 was the winner! We got lucky and he was able to make a detour between his next appointment. EXCEPT WE DID NOT pay an arm and a leg. Actually, considering how busy this man is, as evident by the fact that his phone did not stop ringing the entire time he was here (although he managed to take all of the calls in a way that did not interfere with the work he was doing for us), I really would have expected that his fee would have been much higher. Instead I got what I believe was a very reasonable bill.I strongly recommend Joe to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable and honest A/C guy… I would have no problem using Joe again and recommending him to any of my clients.
