				New AC installed by Cooling Dynamics. Just wanted to share with you guys that around Thanksgiving last year my 15 year old AC started to die, Grocki came over showed me the issue and pointed out that it wouldn't hold much longer, he added some more gas, after a month it finally died, I reached out to him on Xmas (Thursday), on Monday he already had a new unit installed.

Great job, reliable and professional. Couldn't be any happier. This new unit is super quiet and blows cold air like a blizzard, he redid my air intake vent and it looks amazing. One day I even tried the heat and it was also gorgeous, it doesn't smell like the nasty old heaters.

I went from dirty water to wine.

				I have been using Cooling Dynamics for a long time for my AC maintenance. Joe is always professional, responsive no matter what time you need him. My AC clogged up and my husband and I were not able to resolve on our own and Joe came out on Thanksgiving day to ensure we were taken care of. You just do not find service like that anywhere. 3 days ago Joe and Charles installed a new AC for us. They were in and out within few hours, top notch install and super clean up after. These guys are the best in the business with 5 star quality work, professionalism and price. We are lucky to have found them.

				We can’t recommend Joe from Cooling Dynamics Inc. enough. My husband had been using him for years on a previous house he owned. We called him to replace a 16 year old air conditioning system in our new home. Not only did Joe come in $2000 cheaper than a competitor, but is extremely honest, has excellent customer service and is quick/efficient. He came out to our house an hour after we called him, itemized the costs, explained our options and gave us an honest professional opinion on what we needed and what we didn’t. We had our new AC installed less than a week later and it looks so much cleaner than the old set up. He has saved us tons of money on our AC bill. We will continue to use him for maintenance on our. This company is a blessing. They are professional caring individuals where the customer comes first. I needed service today Saturday on the 4th of July holiday weekend. So we get back from vacation last night and the A/C was not working. It was 85 degrees in the house. It was late night, so this morning started the mad dash to get someone here ASAP.The one honest handy man I usually call in times like these, was on vacation. So we did what every other neighbor does in situations like this, we went on Next Door Site 🙂 to see what A/C person our neighbors were raving about the most, and by a long shot, that guy was JOE!We called him assuming one of two things would happen… Either he would tell us that it was 4th of July weekend and he wasn’t available (perhaps not even take our call), OR that he could squeeze us in and come fix our unit… BUT If by chance he could stop by this morning, we were expecting to pay an arm and a leg for the repair. Since not only was this an emergency call, but it was a holiday weekend. Also, since Joe is not just a handy man, but a Licensed and Insured A/C Company, I was not expecting to get off without a pretty big bill.Long story short, option number 2 was the winner! We got lucky and he was able to make a detour between his next appointment. EXCEPT WE DID NOT pay an arm and a leg. Actually, considering how busy this man is, as evident by the fact that his phone did not stop ringing the entire time he was here (although he managed to take all of the calls in a way that did not interfere with the work he was doing for us), I really would have expected that his fee would have been much higher. Instead I got what I believe was a very reasonable bill.I strongly recommend Joe to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable and honest A/C guy… I would have no problem using Joe again and recommending him to any of my clients.
