    We called these guys after our A/C stopped cooling, and I saw a recommendation for them on our local NextDoor website. We had a system that was 11 years old, but aside from being a Bryant (bottom-end of Carrier) was otherwise working except that it gradually stopped blowing cold air.I called them at 7:30 in the morning, and they promised someone would be there between 4 and 6pm. Joe called me to say he was running a bit late, but they still showed up within the window they gave me.They told me that they don't charge a different price for different days of the week or times of the day. A service call is a service call and I could have called them the evening before.Turned out to be a coolant leak, and rather than spend lots of time trying to figure out which coil was leaking, and then spend nearly half of what a new system would cost - we invited them to give us a quote. In the meantime, they put in enough refrigerant to get our system cooling again, and told us to call if we noticed it starting to be ineffective again.They gave us an extremely reasonable quote for a 4-ton replacement system, with an upgrade on equipment from Bryant to Rheem (Ruud).They showed up when they said they would, and in about 4 hours we had a brand new system up and cooling the house.They cleaned up every mess they made so that you couldn't tell they had been there.This is a two-man company that seems to stand by their work. They are honest and forthright and most importantly in today's world, their word appears to be their bond. If you aren't happy, they aren't happy.I've used one of the big names in the area and these guys beat the pants off of them for service.Chuck and Joe will fix your system and charge you a fair price and they will do it today, or at the latest, tomorrow. If they can't fix it, they will quote you the best possible replacement they can give you at the fairest price they can offer. They will show up when they said they will, and they'll do an honest days work for an honest dollar.You can't get any better than that.If you have HVAC issues. Call these guys.

    Lindstrom turned their nose up and wouldn't service my system. I arranged service with air around the clock at THEIR convenience and they stood me up! Joe Grocki came after hours the same day and didn't leave till my AC was blowing cold! I thought my system was beyond repair. Now I know who to call when I need service or new equipment. Thank you Joe!

    Joe Grocki. I'm sure you all have seen the posts about THE Joe Grocki...but I wanted to add my appreciation for him. I knew the temp was going to drop this week, so I reached out on Monday night.     Have you ever found yourself in distress because your A/C failed in the middle of a hot summer weekend and the big name company that you have been paying a maintenance contract for years takes forever to get to your place and before they even remove the cover they already prepare you for an expensive fix? Well it just happened to me and their idea of a fix was to sell me a new unit for an amount north of $5K. I am glad I did not let them take advantage of my urgency to cool my house. I will always feel good about my decision of calling immediately Cooling Dynamics Inc. Mr. Joe Grocki acknowledged my distress and managed to get to my house so fast that I could hardly believe it. His approach was courteous, he understood my constraints and agreed to proceed with the option that was harder for him but saved me the most. My compressor was damaged, and he agreed to replace the part. He first promised to call me early the next day as soon as the supplier confirmed the availability of the part and he did. It was clear that he had me as a priority that morning. He explained the details of the costs and tried to make it as affordable to me as possible. He was with another customer that morning and offered to pick up the part and be in my place between 1 and 3 pm, he showed up at 12:45 pm!! Amazing, my experience with A/C service has always been that time windows mean nothing, and you just had to sit and wait all day long. Finally, he had to work extremely hard and at the end he was still focused in taking all the needed steps to test the system was working perfect. No need to call him back but he did check the next day if I was satisfied with his work. When a company aims beyond customer satisfaction, they get into customer advocacy, here I am acknowledging the customer advocacy by Cooling Dynamics and Joe Grocki.
