About Cooling Dynamics Inc.

My partner and best friend Joe and I chose to work in this industry as we both have always been technically adept, and enjoy interacting with our customers. I began my career after college installing high end automotive audio and video products, and successfully operated my own business doing so through the 90’s. I decided to transition away from this “luxury” industry to a “needed” vocation in 1995, as I was looking for more stability for myself and my family, so the HVAC field was a natural fit. Joe was a journeyman electrician for many years while living in the Northeast, and after his move to south Florida as well. He has been able to apply his vast technical knowledge from the electrical field and transition quite seamlessly into the HVAC industry. Being able to solve technical issues and provide concise and accurate solutions to problems has always given us both a great deal of satisfaction, which is why we both excelled in our respective fields. In 2018, Joe and I decided it was time to go into business for ourselves.

Joe and I formed Cooling Dynamics Inc. in March of 2018, providing 24/7 emergency service, system replacements, and comprehensive preventative maintenance packages to our customers in South Florida. The fact that we take such great pride in our level of experience, expertise, quality of work, and customer satisfaction has allowed our business to become well established in South Florida. It is our number one priority to provide superior workmanship, total transparency, integrity, and complete customer satisfaction from start to completion of all our projects. In order to understand the individual needs and expectations of our customers, we take great care to communicate with our clients in a clear, concise, and professional manner. 				Joe Grocki. We just had our air conditioning unit serviced by Joe Grocki yesterday. I cannot say enough positive things about the experience because it was excellent, Not only did he service it but he explained everything that he was doing. This company is a blessing. They are professional caring individuals where the customer comes first. I needed service today Saturday on the 4th of July holiday weekend. They showed up in a timely fashion and took care of the problem in a timely manner. I recommend this company with a 5 star rating. They are the best.

So we get back from vacation last night and the A/C was not working. It was 85 degrees in the house. It was late night, so this morning started the mad dash to get someone here ASAP.The one honest handy man I usually call in times like these, was on vacation. So we did what every other neighbor does in situations like this, we went on Next Door Site 🙂 to see what A/C person our neighbors were raving about the most, and by a long shot, that guy was JOE!We called him assuming one of two things would happen… Either he would tell us that it was 4th of July weekend and he wasn’t available (perhaps not even take our call), OR that he could squeeze us in and come fix our unit… BUT If by chance he could stop by this morning, we were expecting to pay an arm and a leg for the repair. Since not only was this an emergency call, but it was a holiday weekend. Also, since Joe is not just a handy man, but a Licensed and Insured A/C Company, I was not expecting to get off without a pretty big bill.Long story short, option number 2 was the winner! We got lucky and he was able to make a detour between his next appointment. EXCEPT WE DID NOT pay an arm and a leg. Actually, considering how busy this man is, as evident by the fact that his phone did not stop ringing the entire time he was here (although he managed to take all of the calls in a way that did not interfere with the work he was doing for us), I really would have expected that his fee would have been much higher. Instead I got what I believe was a very reasonable bill.I strongly recommend Joe to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable and honest A/C guy… I would have no problem using Joe again and recommending him to any of my clients.
